Enough With the Wave!

Sure it was a terrible thing, lots of people were killed, homes destroyed, power knocked out, entire communities washed away etc. but enough with the begging for money! I can't go anywhere now without seeing a poster, hearing an ad, or somebody asking for donations to the Tsunami fund. I see it on the doors at work, in the elevator and entrance to my apartment building, in every webpage I go to, it's on the news, on the radio, heck I wouldn't be surprised to see it on a sweater for a dog. Isn't things getting a little too excessive? I am sure lots of people are making tons of money off all this 'aid for victums of Tsunani or the Asian Earthquate'. If this much effort was put into donating money for say, cancer or Aids research, we would be free of those diseases.

I don't know about the rest of you but I am just so tired of the whole thing. The aid is great, and I send kudos to all those who dug into their pockets but enough is enough. Enough money has been donated to buy a small country.
